Australian Coffee And Coffee Machine Supplier Use Zoho CRM and Zoho CRM Mobile for Sales and Task Management

The Challenge

Coffee Machine Express needed a broader understanding of Zoho CRM in order to obtain more benefits from Zoho CRM and required CRM training and support for their operations in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. The goals were to use Zoho CRM to collaborate between several teams of mobile sales people and consolidate data under one platform as well as make extensive use of Zoho mobile apps to better manage sales tasks, meetings and other activities..

Zoho Tools Used For Training

Zoho CRM - for the CRM application and course tracking activities e.g. attendees, session notes, etc..
Zoho Show - for online demonstrations and presentations.
Zoho Meeting - for online meetings and two way screen sharing.
Zoho Support  - for online support.


Online Zoho CRM training was provided to five people who were based in Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney.

The Result

The Coffee Machine Express team had more knowledge of the CRM features and benefits and a better understanding of CRM concepts, and, in particular, sales life cycle processing and management. In addition they now have a single platform for managing and tracking sales team activities.
