Information provided includes if it is a new visitor or an existing customer, the potentials associated with the contacts, the length of time of the website visit Users can also view the visitor navigation path and track the visitors’ actions on each page.


Furthermore users receive alerts when a lead or customer visits your website.

Zoho CRM Feeds


The new Zoho CRM Feeds tab feature that allows users to work with groups, share attachments, send direct messages and post updates.


Furthermore Feeds is integrated with the Zoho CRM notes feature which means that users can see a complete thread, including notes, for example, for a lead.

Now you can push your Zoho Survey customer survey information to Zoho CRM to increase your knowledge of customers in one central place.

Users can now have a contextual view of projects in Zoho Projects in Zoho CRM.


For example users can track the progress of a project so that tasks, milestones and issues can be viewed within their CRM right from your CRM account.

Zoho PhoneBridge is now integrated with Twilio and Ringio


Zoho PhoneBridge allows companies to connect PBX systems to Zoho CRM so that inbound and outbound calls can be made within the CRM.


There are now Zoho Phonebridge connectors for Avaya, Asterix, Elastix, Twilio and Ringio.


With Zoho Phonebridge and Zoho CRM users can get reminders about calls to be made, know who is calling you and have contextual information about clients during calls so that users can provide improved prospect and customer engagement experiences.
