You're sitting on a train commuting to work and remember a task that you forgot to assign to someone. Instead of trying to remember to do it in the office (and likely forgetting again!) you can just add and assign the task there and then on your phone and it will appear in the user's portal.

A team member has a question on a task they have been assigned and submit it via the Zoho Projects portal. There's no need to wait to reply when you are back in the office, do it right away from your mobile device and they will get the answer immediately.

You've been working on a billable task in the office, felt tired and left to go home for the day.
