It is now possible to recruit new staff via LinkedIn with the new Zoho Recruit to LinkedIn integration.

Zoho Recruit is the powerful online applicant management solution from Zoho that effectively helps businesses to manage job openings and track job applicants.

This latest integration will allow you to...

1. Purchase job slots and create contracts within LinkedIn.
2. Configure the LinkedIn settings within Zoho Recruit
3. Post jobs on LinkedIn, directly from Zoho Recruit.

If you are a LinkedIn Recruiter (refer to LinkedIn.com/recruiter), then you would sign in as normal then authorise LinkedIn to allow access by Zoho Recruit.

You need to ensure you have purchased the required 'job slots’ inside LinkedIn, which is an administrator task.

Inside Zoho Recruit you can then add LinkedIn to your list of integrated Job Boards, others being Indeed, Simply Hired and Juju. Key in the Contract ID, Company Name and Company ID from LinkedIn and you’re all ready!

In the Job Opening page of your jobs list in Zoho Recruit, click the job you want to share to LinkedIn then simply check the LinkedIn box on the list of available job site integrations.

Finally, fill in the web form that pops up requesting additional details required to publish jobs in LinkedIn, then click Publish and youhave just posted a job directly to LinkedIn, created and managed via Zoho Recruit!

We feel this is a step in the right direction by Zoho as LinkedIn is especially popular in the UK and this now allows regular companies managing their new hires or recruiting companies looking to better manage their recruitment process to use one of the most powerful business social networks to publish jobs and attract the right applicants.
