For example, a response to an email that you sent to a lead following up on a quote, an inbound phone call from your customer that was taken on your mobile, a mention on a Facebook profile of your product, visits to your website by one of your customers...

All of this will be logged and displayed using the SalesSignals module, which combines the data gathered from the other modules in the CRM such as logging calls, email tracking, website visits using sales IQ, social channels using Zoho Social and even survey responses using Zoho Survey.
