We have been checking out the latest app in Zoho's suite of online business solutions, Zoho Forms, and we must say that it is great!

In summary though, Zoho Forms allows you to quickly and easily build online web forms for practically any aspect of any business.

The have some great template examples too:

• Construction - site reviews, snag lists, status updates, delivery confirmations
  
• Support - case submission, case approval, client sign off
  
• Healthcare - medical records, health status updates, discharge forms
  
• Education - course evaluation, library sign out form, and many more!
  

Basically, wherever there is a paper based form in any kind of business, you can automate it with Zoho Forms.

We particularly like the signature function!

One example we thought of was to solve a commonly recurring request to have some sort of check in process for sales when visiting a client site.  Rather than trying to integrate a check in function like there is on Facebook, you could utilise the Zoho Forms app and include a client signature field in the form, which can be filled in and signed at the end of the meeting. 

The form, which took a minute or two to create, collects data which can be exported to screen or PDF:

That signature was done by the client at the meeting on the sales person's mobile phone, verifying the meeting and any other information you need to include on the form, how cool is that?!

Obviously this is just a demonstration, but hopefully shows the potential for this latest Zoho app is endless as this excellent video demonstrates:
