Embedding a Publisher File in a Web Page for Collaboration with Authors

This page shows how you can use a cloud service to create publisher style files, then embed them within a website that is also hosted in the cloud.

The process would be as follows:

  1. You would create a publisher file using one of the in built templates or using one of your own.
  2. You would 'publish' this file so that others can collaborate on it, the cloud service would generate a small piece of 'code'.
  3. You would then create a new website page on your website, which would be dedicated to an author.
  4. Simply paste the code in step 2 into the web page, give the page a password so only the author can make changes.
  5. Publish the website so the new page appears, let the author know the web address.
  6. The author can make as many edits as they like and changes are reflected on the central, single online 'file' immediately.
  7. When they have finished their work you will be able to access their file from the cloud service and then print as required.

The above steps are not difficult and full training would be provided as part of any implementation along with affordable support packages in case you need help later on.
